Adalyn is officially two months old today. Instead of going out to celebrate we took Addy for her first shots..yuck! She got four shots when all was said and done. She took them like a trooper. In fact it seems as though it was harder on her mom than it was on her. After the appointment she has been very sleepy, which is expected. We also found out that Addy is a very healthy little girl, which we anticipated. She was measured at 24 inches long (95th percentile) and is 14 pounds 15 ounces (95th+ percentile). Well, at least we know that she is getting enough to eat:)
Our little girl's personality is showing through more and more everyday. She is quite a talker and loves to babble, which I'm sure is a characteristic inherited from her dad. She also smiles a lot more. Today we also heard her have lots of giggles in her sleep, which was a lot of fun to hear.
Addy and I are having a great time at home and are very excited about the weather warming up. We have big plans of playing outside, planting flowers, and going on walks! So I hope she is going to be an outdoors girl!

Cory and I saw Addy Saturday. She slept through most of Cory's graduation. Her and Tonya made me a neat Mother's Day gift using her feet. Way to go, Addy.

Hi Addy, Mommy and Daddy,
You sure are growing and getting prettier every day. I love your blog site. I feel like I'm actually getting to see you more often. Mommy promised we could get together as soon as school was over so maybe I'll see you soon. Have fun planting flowers...that's what I wish I was doing instead of giving the Gates test, ugh!.
Love,
Aunt Sissy
